The Skerton Pro is a favorite amongst coffee newcomers and professionals alike. Its compact size makes it perfect for travel or home use. In addition to its modern design, the Skerton Pro has a number of upgraded features from the original Skerton, primarily with the goal of making it easier to adjust settings and grind consistently.

All Hario manual coffee grinders use burrs made of ceramic - conical ceramic burrs transfer less heat and shave coffee beans versus cracking them like blade grinders. This process also provides a more consistent grind that can easily be adjusted and set for repeat use.

  • Conical ceramic burrs transfer less heat to your beans.

About the Brand

If you're after an eco-conscious coffee brand, Hario is a standout. Founded in Tokyo in 1921, Hario began by crafting heatproof glass for medical and lab use. Through years of innovation, they developed eco-friendly glass made from 100% natural materials—and proved it could be melted using electricity instead of oil, leading the way in cleaner, smoke-free glassmaking. Hario, meaning "King of Glass," expanded into household goods in 1948. Today, they offer a wide range of thoughtfully designed coffee gear, including drippers, kettles, grinders, scales, filters, and more.
